About us:

24fit is a family-owned business operating in 3 states, known for our professionalism, cleanliness and fun environment. We have state of the art equipment and maintain our gyms to a 1st class standard.

We have various positions available for Casual Managers & Casual Staff to work across our Northside Gyms.

This is where you come in...

The Manager's role is to work the staffed hours in the gym (20 - 30 hours a week) as well as manage our local area relationships with local business and community groups outside of staffed hours. This role is critical - if you don't enjoy networking, meeting people and proactively creating brand awareness each week, this is not the role for you.

There are also flexible, casual opportunities with a minimum of 9 hours.

Experience in gym management, sales and/or marketing is preferable.

The role includes:

• Member Support: take care of our wonderful members within the gym
• Marketing: help implement structured marketing campaigns to develop lots of fresh leads each month
• Staff Training & Development
• Checking and signing off on all gym roles and duties
• Maintain Equipment Maintenance & logs
• Help continue a great club culture with loads of member engagement
• Promote the 24fit brand and image within the local community

We are looking for someone that is:

Hardworking, positive, friendly, professionally presented, energetic and self-motivated with a strong customer-service focus.

• We desire a results-driven, health & fitness nut!
• You must have sales & industry experience
• It’s best if you live nearby
