Sales Manager - The Rumble Room - Fairfield

The Rumble Room is unique in its own way. We believe that we bring an “experience”, not just another gym. We offer a variety of fitness options including Boxing Circuits, Group Circuit Training and Functional Fitness, one on one training, semi-private (4 on 1) and Strength and Conditioning coaching.

For a boxing gym, we are unique - we also offer a fully equipped weights room, cardio room and spin room.

We're looking for a dynamic sales and marketing guru to drive membership sales and coordinate customer services. 

We are looking for someone that is energetic and looking to cultivate a secure position for the long term within the fitness industry.

We offer a new concept in fitness in the inner northern suburbs.

You'll be working in a brand new 24/7 facility with state of the art equipment, a strong boxing and functional fitness theme and an amazing team.

This position is to manage the sales and administration of The Rumble Room gym. The role may lead to a senior sales position within Xtreme Fitness Australia.

Demonstrated sales experience required - fitness industry preferred but not essential.

Our core business is Xtreme Fitness Australia, we are a direct importer and distributor of commercial fitness equipment and we have some very well recognised brands such as Body Solid, Fitnex Steelflex and Athletic Performance equipment. We have commercial, wholesale and retail divisions as well as service and spare parts departments. There is scope for professional development, training and working as part of a larger team within Xtreme Fitness.

Remuneration will be substantial for the right person that works hard to obtain results, with an above award base and incentive program.

OTE of $70K Inc base and incentives.
