Skills Required

• BE HAPPY!
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Be naturally great with people 
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good natural salesperson - Min 2 years experience in a Sales Role required
• Strong Leadership of a team - Min 2 years experience in a leadership role required
• Be efficient 
• Computer literate

The Role

• Being the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for our members.
• Administration, filing, computer-based admin
• Contacting members by phone, email, and SMS and improving their member experience
• Greeting guests to the Club
• Engaging members on the Club floor and improving their member experience
• Showing guests our facilities and highlighting their features and benefits
• Some physical jobs such as light cleaning and handyman jobs that need to be attended to
