THE ROLE:

This is a role that is heavily focused on building connections, solving problems and making every member feel like they are special. You will be our jack of all trades, working as the face of the facility on the front desk. This role includes answering the phone & face to face member enquiries, prospect calling, lead generation (internal & external), taking club sales tours, general administration, plus a lot of extras in between.

THE GYM:

At GYM 115 (Randwick) and GYM 707 (Rozelle) our focus is on small group training but with the flexibility to make use of separate designated cardio, strength, free-weights and wellness areas.

We create a culture in our facility that inspires both staff and members alike to be a better version of themselves. We want our facility to be a 2nd home to the community. We need a sales & customer service SUPERSTAR to help us achieve this. After all, it’s our people that are most important to our success.

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable in;

  • Developing relationships with new and existing members and creating a wonderful member experience.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Problem-solving
  • Multi-Tasking
  • Communicating clearly and effectively both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Maximising new member sales and having set sales targets to achieve
  • A team player that loves creating and celebrating success.

You will need to be available to work on a rotating roster (inclusive of mornings, evenings and weekends) and have the resilience, attitude, and passion to succeed.

A track record of achieving targets and experience working in a customer-facing role preferred. Your passion for fitness and helping people will give your application the added edge.
