Studio Manager - KX Pilates Werribee - Maternity cover position

The role:

As a KX Pilates Studio Manager, you are required to manage the daily operations of your KX Pilates Studio, where you will be expected to follow the systems, policies and procedures accurately to achieve business goals and objectives. As part of your role you will also have a responsibility to ensure the studio standards are consistently maintained.

This is a maternity leave cover position for 12 months commencing April 2020.

Desirable:

• Qualifications: either a fitness degree or higher diploma in a relevant fitness/Pilates discipline
• Background in health and fitness
• Experience instructing Pilates or similar fitness disciplines 
• Good level business acumen

• Excellence in customer service

• Weekly communication with your team
• Regular sales/KPI reporting to Manager
• Training and recruitment of team members
• Be a positive role model to all KX clients and fellow colleagues
• Be onsite and maintain the required amount of work hours as assigned by your manager
• Provide new clients with information about KX and Trainers on how to create online profile/purchase classes
• Manage private one-on-one appointment schedule for all trainers/clients
• Answer the phone and email enquires within 24 hours
• HR Management
• KX Booking System Management
• Ensure Studio Standards are well maintained
• Driving and maintaining high client retention
• Driving and maintaining high client referrals
• Local Area Marketing Initiatives
• Studio Reporting
• Manage feedback and disputes where they arise, presenting this information to the Management team.
