About the business and the role

Are you a highly motivated, confident and experienced Group Trainer / Personal Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity to be apart of our established team and join our thriving club.  

As a Genesis Fitness Personal Trainer / Coaching Zone Coach you will run industry-leading group sessions as well as providing our members with fitness services to assist them on their own journey. 

There are multiple roles available with hours ranging from 10-25 hours for the right person, as well the opportunity to build your own PT business in the club.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Deliver high-intensity interval group training sessions
• Motivate studio members during and after training
• Deliver instruction in the Coaching Zone sessions
• Ensure clients are using the correct form at all times
• Inspire and promote an energetic environment at all times
• Assist in completing fitness appraisals, pre-exercise screening      
• Welcome clients by name
• Act professionally at all times

Skills and experience

• Certificate IV in Personal Training or Certificate III in Group Fitness
• Current senior First Aid and CPR
• Fitness Australia Registration (highly regarded)
• All necessary insurances
• Reliable and Flexible hours. Work morning and nights in addition to weekend availability. 
• Ambition for career progression
