Welcome to The Bootcamp Co, we specialise in obesity and weight management Bootcamps for beginners. Our clients generally start their journey with us at over 100kg, with little to no experience in their health journey. Members will need to be welcomed, nurtured, and made to feel comfortable when starting the program, this will fill a large part of your role.

As a Location Manager / Head Trainer your role includes:

• Running 7 Bootcamp sessions per week
• Weekly contact with all clients to keep them accountable
• Manage group Facebook page / Instagram
• Facilitate team challenges
• Collect video/photos of sessions
• Monthly checkpoints (Weigh-ins & measurements)
• Sourcing/Attending Group fitness excursions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, or Higher.
• At least 1 years experience in the fitness industry.
• Great communication skills.
• Loud projectable voice.
• Group training experience.
• Solid understanding of Injury prevention.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google drive / social media)
