About Us 

We are a local family-owned and operated Snap fitness Franchise in Northgate, Adelaide. A strong community-based, member-first culture, group training, stand-alone group fitness room, state of the art equipment are a strong focus.

The Gym 

Snap Fitness Northgate is the most premium health and fitness facility located in the Northgate/Lightsview area. The club is located in the Northgate Shopping Centre and has everyone’s training needs covered including: 

  • Brand New State-of-the-art Cardio equipment 
  • Strength equipment - DB's, Aussie Strength weight plates, barbells, platforms, Functional Rig & more 
  • Group Fitness Classes 
  • Personal Training 
  • Full range of free weights including powerlifting platforms & cable machines 
  • Unique cardiovascular performance equipment
  • Creche (Childminding - Morning & Afternoon) 

The Role 

We are seeking a fun, highly motivated and sales-driven Club Manager to take charge of one of our health clubs with a great opportunity to make it their own. As Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management and operations of the club including lead generation, sales, management of PTs, and building and maintaining strong relationships with members and the local community. The manager will ensure that Snap Fitness Northgate maintains its position as the best place to train in the area! 

Who we are looking for 

You must be dynamic, forward-thinking and passionate about making a difference to our members and our community, by offering THE best in health and fitness facilities and service. Whilst experience in the Fitness industry is a bonus, you must have a proven track record in sales including business to business and customer-facing roles ideally in a management capacity. 

Skills and qualifications required 

A successful candidate MUST have the following:

  • Sales & Management Experience with the ability to achieve KPIs 
  • Industry experience including Management 
  • A great customer orientated and friendly personality 
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills 
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or higher qualification) 
  • Cert III & IV in Fitness (preferred) 
  • Right to work in Australia 
  • Current Police check 

Skills that would be of benefit (but not essential as full training will be provided):

  • Business Management experience/qualifications 
  • Corporate relationship development 
  • People management experience 
  • An eye for detail and administration skills 

Salary 

The role is a full-time position. Attractive Package, up to $70,000 OTE (depending on experience).
