Sales Reception - Plus Fitness 24/7 Punchbowl

Are you looking for your next health and Fitness role? At this time we are looking for a vibrant and motivated Gym Sales Consultant and receptionist with a passion for health and Fitness, strong sales record and a 'Can do! Will do!' attitude for SUCCESS to JOIN OUR TEAM.

Plus Fitness 24/7 is one of Australia's fastest-growing groups of Gyms. As we grow we are continually looking for motivated, committed and passionate people to join our team.

Please note: This is for a Casual/Part-time role. This is not a full-time position. The successful candidate will have approx 8 to 16 hrs a week rostered to begin with and must have the flexibility to cover other staff who may be sick or on leave. 

Shifts are available from 8:30am to 12:30pm and 3.30pm to 7.30pm. Must be available to work Friday and Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

SALES / RECEPTION POSITION

To Stand out, you will need to have:

• Strong and proven track record in Sales Management and Customer Service Management
• Strong marketing and knowledge in growing social media presence
• Previous experience in sales or administrative role
• Passion for the promotion of health and fitness 
• Strong organizational skills and attention for detail
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• Organising in-club challenges and activities to build awesome club culture. 

This role offers a broad range of responsibilities including;

• Drive the club's membership sales process from active lead generation to sign-ups to customer service upon becoming a member.
• Involved in the Day to Day operation of the gym.
• Member services and administration.
• Contributing to local area marketing and growing social media presence

You will need to clearly display a 'Can do! Will do!' attitude and willingness to learn if you want to 'fit in' at Plus Fitness 24/7!

This role would also suit those considering studying for Cert III/IV, those currently studying or those that have recently passed Cert III or Cert IV in Fitness. Having a First Aid Cert will also assist in the application.
