Personal Trainer/Lead Coach and Assistant Manager - F45 Somerville

F45 Somerville is currently looking for our next superstar Lead Trainer and Assistant to the Studio Manager.

This is your chance to showcase your exceptional customer service skills and wealth of knowledge around health and fitness.

You'll enjoy this permanent Part-Time position. We have 15-30 hours/week available, depending on your availability and expertise. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct F45 group classes to a high standard
• Build strong rapport and relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Daily functions and upkeep/cleaning of the studio
• Sales: Assist the Manager when required with new member sales
• Assist the Manager with weekly administration tasks such as member retention, challenge prep/wrap up & marketing

• Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified (Cert IV highly desirable)
• Highly energetic and excited about 5 AM starts
• Availability across mornings, nights and weekends.

Highly regarded:

• Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness preferred
• Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and group training
