Studio Manager / F45 Coaches - F45 Training Ulladulla

F45 Training Ulladulla is looking for a Head Trainer / Studio Manager (Permanent Part Time) and Casual / Part-Time Coaches to join their team.

The Position:

Studio Manager:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations
• Motivate gym members during and after training
• Deliver instruction in the F45 Terminology
• Ensure clients are using the correct form
• Inspire and promote an energetic environment
• Be able to manage a Team of Trainers
• Assist in the sale of memberships and other offerings
• Deliver F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training classes

Personal Trainer:

• Deliver F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training classes
• Motivate gym members during and after training
• Deliver instruction in the F45 Terminology
• Ensure clients are using the correct form
• Inspire and promote an energetic environment
• Attend to any injuries suffered by staff or clients
• Assist in the sale of memberships and other offerings
• Welcome clients by name
• Ensure client profiles are up to date

Remuneration:

Manager - $55-65k plus bonus and incentives

Trainers - $32.50-$45 per hour

The permanent part-time and casual role's with flexibility around rosters
