Group Training Coach - BFT Essendon

About Us

Body Fit Training is Australia’s newest and most advanced group training methodology.  Franchise opportunities have just launched in Australia with over 25 territories sold and 8 studios in operation.  BFT has incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute sessions that are overseen by accredited trainers and on-screen technology in a dynamic group environment. Our programs are built on progressive, results-driven 4-6 week blocks.

As one of Melbourne’s newest franchisees, we are excited to be bringing BFT to Melbourne’s North West.  We want to use our expertise to make these Australia’s flagship BFT studios and the right trainers are key to our mission!

About the Role

BFT coaches are the face of our business where personality, technical knowledge and customer service are key.  They are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical to the growth of our member base - from making members feel welcome the moment they step into our studios, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts, to playing an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.  BFT coaches will use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times… and will use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere!

Skills and Experience

• You will be a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer with a passion to succeed
• Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role to provide exceptional customer service, and sales skills and understand what teamwork is all about
• Show creativity, drive, initiative and most importantly passion for the health and fitness industry and want to coach people to improve their lives

• You will be able to show us examples of proven success in building and sustaining a client base
• Of course, you will be proactive, organised and driven to achieve goals with integrity that goes unquestioned
• Oh, and be able to handle early mornings (and late afternoons) and always be present in the moment to support BFT’s most important people….our little community of members
• You will have the usual qualifications and requirements  
• Minimum of Cert IV in Personal Training
• Driver's licence and own car

We are looking for Fitness centre managers and Fitness coaches to come on board, create a community and use your skills to motivate, inspire and guide our members to be the best they can be.
