About Us

We are looking for a  Casual Boxing & Strength Coach to join our team at UBX Hoppers Crossing & Point Cook!

At UBX Hoppers Crossing & Point Cook, we are fitness clubs that deliver boxing, strength and functional training to our members within these amazing local communities. We are looking for a casual self-motivated individual to join our team.  Work is immediately available across 2 clubs! Minimum of 20 hours available depending on the successful candidates availability.

We are looking for coaches to deliver industry-leading group fitness classes with high energy, the aim to motivate our members, whilst always coaching correct form and technique. We are a team that cares greatly about our members and seek to continue delivering the best possible experience to them, that's why we were awarded the Arts & Recreation Wyndham Business Award in 2022 and most recently the UBX 2023 Rising Star Award. If you share this same passion, we?d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our members receive the UBX Boxing & Strength experience and group fitness training to a high standard.
  • Coaching correct form and technique. In particular, boxing skills as you will be required to do some one-on-one pad work with members as they train.
  • Inspire and promote an energetic and positive environment and culture within the club.
  • Build strong rapport with members through positive engagement.
  • Sales and new member sign-ups where required
  • Maintain a clean and tidy club at all times.

Hours:

  • Minimum of 20 hours is available across 2 clubs. 

Minimum Requirements:

Your energetic persona and positive attitude will flourish while working in this fast-paced, highly diverse
team environment.
Minimum Applicant Criteria:
? Possess Cert III and IV in Fitness.
? Current First Aid certificate.
? Current Blue Card certificates.
? Pad holding certification (can be arranged after if you can demonstrate the required skills)
