F45 Kew is looking for a Studio Manager to join and lead their team on a Full-Time Permanent basis.

About Us

F45 Training is the original and most advanced group training facility. It has been awarded the best-rated Australian gym for the FIFTH year in a row by Canstar Blue’s customer satisfaction ratings, earning five stars across multiple categories.

However, not all F45 Studios are the same. They may look the same, but we all know there is something different. F45 Kew has a heart and soul. It’s known for its loyal members, its community spirit and wonderful team of professional coaches who know how to have fun whilst getting our members results. It has been open for over 5 years, and within F45 recognised as a flagship studio that works closely with F45 HQ Athletic department as a test studio piloting new programming and facilitating national coaches development workshops.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate is someone who will lead the way and continue to develop our amazing community and team culture, driving the studio into further growth in 2023 and beyond. We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and fitness and loves helping members and coaches achieve their goals.

Skills and Experience

In order to flourish in a high-performing and supportive business, this is what we'll need from you: 

  • 1+ years experience in a people management role
  • Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness
  • Cert III+ and Current CPR/First Aid Certified
  • Passionate about Health & Fitness, and changing members' lives
  • The ambition with a caring nature. Always willing to do your best
  • Highly energetic and can build great rapport with Coaches and Members
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop
