Club Manager - Anytime Fitness Toongabbie

We are searching for an enthusiastic and energetic Club Manager to manage Anytime Fitness Toongabbie, a large and newly refurbished club!

About the Role:

The full-time role requires the successful applicant to be available for shifts during our staffed business hours which could stretch from Monday to Saturday.

The successful candidate will possess strong people skills and a highly developed communication and interpersonal skill set along with the willingness to support our member-focused values.
 
As the Club Manager, you'll be required to:

• Management of the club and its staff/ PTs;
• Managing everyday club operations;
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets;
• Create a GREAT club culture;
• Create Anytime Fitness brand awareness within the local community; 
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.

To succeed in the role you will need to be:

• Passionate about health and fitness;
• Be flexible in your work practices;
• Understand how to drive the performance of a team to meet targets;
• Strong administration skills;
• Exceptional at communicating both written and verbally;
• Great with people and have exceptional customer service skills;
• Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail;
• Excellent with computer-related and administrative tasks;
• Experienced in a management and/or sales role within the fitness industry is strongly preferred; and
• A clear Police Check and Working with children check will be required from the successful applicant.
