F45 HEAD TRAINER - HORNSBY (OPULENT GROUP)

F45 Hornsby is looking for a Head Trainer to join and lead their team on a Part-Time Permanent Basis.

We are looking for someone to join our F45 Hornsby team who is truly passionate about group training and helping others achieve their goals while having a great time doing it.

Our Head Trainers lead the team of coaches in the studio and come with previous group training and coaching experience. Head Trainers will be required to run group classes with a high energy level and motivate our clients as best as possible!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
• Deliver classes to the Opulent Group Game Changers' standard
• Lead, coach and develop the team of trainers to deliver to the same standards
• Build strong rapport with clients
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Sales and Operations: Assist the Studio Manager when required with new member sales and day-to-day operations
• Assist with the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the studio

Role Requirements:

• 1+ Years' experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness preferred
• Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified (Cert IV highly desirable)
• Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members' lives
• Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
• Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
