Based remotely in Sydney, this full-time role as a Business Partnership Manager is offered as a 12-month parental leave contract.

As a Business Partnership Manager with Les Mills Asia Pacific, you will:
- achieve and exceed sales targets with new and existing customers
- facilitate and maintain the successful adoption of our workout programs
- proactively stay on top of industry trends and group fitness products
- generate new leads
- tactically plan your monthly sales strategies
- use your "do what it takes" attitude to maximise opportunities to grow Les Mills Asia Pacific's business.
As the successful candidate, you’ll bring with you:
- a minimum of two years of experience in Group Fitness Management or Club Management
- a minimum of two years of proven experience in the fitness industry as a Sales/Account Manager
- exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- proven ability to build rapport
- ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously to achieve targets
- resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- a business development mindset.
Familiarity with Les Mills and the benefits of Les Mills programs will also be highly regarded.
