(12-MONTH PARENTAL LEAVE CONTRACT)

Based remotely in Sydney, this full-time role as a Business Partnership Manager is offered as a 12-month parental leave contract.

As a Business Partnership Manager with Les Mills Asia Pacific, you will:

  • achieve and exceed sales targets with new and existing customers
  • facilitate and maintain the successful adoption of our workout programs 
  • proactively stay on top of industry trends and group fitness products
  • generate new leads
  • tactically plan your monthly sales strategies
  • use your "do what it takes" attitude to maximise opportunities to grow Les Mills Asia Pacific's business.

As the successful candidate, you’ll bring with you:

  • a minimum of two years of experience in Group Fitness Management or Club Management
  • a minimum of two years of proven experience in the fitness industry as a Sales/Account Manager   
  • exceptional communication and persuasion skills
  • proven ability to build rapport
  • ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously to achieve targets
  • resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 
  • a business development mindset.

Familiarity with Les Mills and the benefits of Les Mills programs will also be highly regarded.
