KX Pilates Surry Hills is looking for a passionate Studio Manager/Trainer to lead our team to success!

We are growing the teams at our Company-owned studios and looking for passionate individuals who will be the heart of the studio, the Mayor of their Community and an ambassador of the brand - our Studio Manager.

The Studio Manager/Trainer at KX Pilates plays a vital role in managing the operations, local area marketing and performance metrics of a studio whilst being actively involved in delivering the KX workout to clients.

This role is the main conduit between the trainer team, the client and the wider brand of KX Pilates.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio and the long-term goals of growth and development. So on any given day you could be teaching a class, coaching a trainer, getting to know a new client or developing a local area marketing campaign.

This is a Full-Time role that divides your time between training and management. If you have a passion for client service and can deliver a high-energy, fun client experience we want to hear from you!

Full KX Pilates training will be provided by our Academy Training Department.

Relevant Fitness &/or Pilates certifications are required.
