About us

F45 Training Neutral Bay has been owned and operated by its original owners for 10 years now! We were the second F45 Studio in the world and still train some of our foundation members. We pride ourselves on delivering an amazing F45 Workout experience in a very fun environment. We have been very privileged in previous staffing requirements having held long-term staff and look to add to our current Team with a passionate instructor.

We're looking for a motivated and confident Trainer to lead our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Group Trainer within a fitness studio
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead, encourage and support members

Qualifications

• Certificates III & IV in Fitness
• Current CPR & Senior First Aid
