We currently have 8 operating centres across Australia with new centres in the pipeline for 2024.
OsteoStrong Session Coaches are qualified health and wellness professionals with a particular interest in bone health. strength, well-being and biohacking. The session coach's primary role is to provide personalised guidance and support for our members, to ensure members perform the exercises correctly and safely, throughout their one-on-one sessions.
They also perform baseline and follow-up testing with the focus of assessing members individual needs, setting appropriate intensity levels, and offering encouragement to help members achieve their strength and bone health goals. Additionally, the session coach maintains a positive and motivating environment for members, as they work towards improving their overall well-being.
Session Coaches must be kind, compassionate and enthusiastic, demonstrating a high level of empathy for our members in their health journey. They also need to be a team player, demonstrating proactiveness, flexibility and adaptability.

About you
We are currently seeking 1-2 OsteoStrong Session Coaches (permanent part-time) to:
Allied health, exercise, fitness or wellness credentials are a must. This is a fast-paced physical role and requires a high attention to detail, with a strong focus on functional movement.
Requirements
Our centre hours vary across the week and include Tuesday & Wednesday evenings until 8pm. This role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week of permanent shifts, which will include a minimum of 1 evening and potentially Saturday mornings.
Please note if successful, you will be required to complete approximately 10 hours of paid online training (flexible) plus a week of paid onsite training. Onsite training will be conducted in Melbourne.
