Studio Manager & Trainer - F45 Training Glebe

A unique opportunity exists for a motivated individual to assume the role of Studio Manager at F45 Training Glebe. In addition we are looking for an F45 trainer.

The Opportunity

You will be embarking on this career journey as a Studio Manager and an essential part of the overall success of this exciting fitness venture. This opportunity will be based at our club in Glebe.

We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about F45 and helping others achieve their goals while having a great time doing it. We encourage all managers to run studios as if they were your own business, this role will truly set you up for success in the Fitness Industry!

The purpose of this role is to run the day-to-day studio operations - and to develop a gym culture where the training standards, results and community are famous.

The Studio Manager Role:

• Run/coach daily F45 classes
• Maintain the studio facilities
• Manage and develop a team of trainers
• Assist in sales campaigns to increase membership (lead generation, promotions and outreach activities)
• Member onboarding and retention programs

In order to thrive in a fast-growing, high-performing and genuinely supportive business, this is what we'll need from you;  

• 1+ years of Studio Managing or other Franchise management experience
• Experience in Personal Training or Group Fitness
• Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified
• Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members' lives
• Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
• Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
