About the role

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Club. The position provides key assistance to the Club Manager with administrative tasks, club cleanliness, driving sales and profitability and ensuring a continued high standard of service is provided to members.

• Assist in completing marketing activities for the club, which may include, but is not limited to: social media content creation and implementation, manning casual mall pop up stands and attendance to fetes/markets
• Support the management with lead generation and drive of sales for the club
• Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S)
• Administration work including but not limited to reporting, data entry, email management, phone calls (incoming/outgoing) and Direct Message through Social Media channels.

About you

You are a professional with a strong sense of motivation, devotion, and enthusiasm for all things fitness. You thrive in a positive work environment and take pleasure in forming relationships with clients. You also have the following attributes:

• People-focused and highly organised
• The ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong people skills to interact with a diverse spectrum of people with various backgrounds and motivations.

Must have qualifications:

• Minimum Certificate III in Fitness or the ability to attain an equivalent qualification. No fitness qualification? We have you covered, you will be able to attain a basic fitness accreditation with us.
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
• Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
