Assistant Club Manager - Fernwood Fitness Rockdale

Fernwood Fitness in Rockdale is looking for an Assistant Club Manager to join and help lead their team.

About the Role:

You'll be helping manage the day-to-day in-club operations, where you will help oversee our multiple income streams of responsibility, including; Gym, Group Fitness, Pilates and Hypoxi. 

Demonstrated sales experience is essential as is leading administration (including Excel/Word) and customer service skills. 

You'll be supported and guided by our management team and provided with ongoing training and coaching

This position would be an excellent transition to management for any Trainer, Membership Consultant or Group Fitness Instructor  or a manager from another industry looking for a change.

About You:

• You are an innovative woman, with a passionate, customer-focused and can-do attitude.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health.
• Availability over a standard 5-day roster with hours primarily between 9 am and 7 pm. Some weekends may be required.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven sales/administration/customer satisfaction experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and members.
• Successful resolution of member concerns.
• Ability to help drive local area marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Experience in Word and Excel is essential.
