We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Studio Manager to lead our team at our F45 gym in Melbourne's Brunswick West. As the Gym Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, including a strong focus on sales, managing staff, and coaching standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of fitness professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Focus on sales of membership growth and retention
Call new leads interested in our studio
Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the gym facilities
Create and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting
Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members
Maintain accurate records and track membership data
Update and post on our social media accounts

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a management role in the fitness industry
Experience in sales and developing business partnerships
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Google sheets, docs and other relevant software programs
Cert III in Group Fitness Training, CPR and first aid certification
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. sports management) is preferred but not required
