To continue this success, we need to invest in our team to ensure we deliver the best possible member's experience at Cranbourne West!

Requirements:

• Minimum Cert IV in Fitness
• Motivated and enthusiastic leader
• Experience in group training/Personal training
• Ability to engage and connect with a variety of people
• Flexible with shifts/hours (morning/evening/Saturdays)
• Experience in sales
• Absolute passion for the fitness industry

Benefits:

🌟Salary of $65,000 to $75,000, comprising base plus bonuses

🌟Initial and ongoing training via the BFT Learning platform and other courses
