LEAD TRAINER AND CASUAL ROLES AVAILABLE. Our combined team at F45 Training Ashburton and F45 Mount Waverley are looking for talented trainers including a lead trainer role to join our passionate team at our busy studio on High St Ashburton and growing studio at F45 Mt Waverley

F45 Training is a team-based functional training facility that is a world leader in group fitness.

F45 places a huge emphasis on the 'three key factors' of motivation, innovation and results. Our classes are unique, fun and highly addictive which is why F45 Training is currently the fastest-growing network of fitness studios in the world.

We are seeking a high-quality Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer for part-time or casual employment, with the potential for the right person for a full-time LEAD TRAINER role. You will be an integral part of the growth of our studio and have the ability to progress into a senior position if desired.

Your role:

• Deliver high-quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
• Motivate studio members during and after training
• Set up the studio before and after training sessions
• Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation
• Assist with membership retention
• Help foster a positive community-based team training environment

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions (preferred)
• Minimum Cert III in fitness, Cert IV in fitness ideal
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current Fitness registration will be highly regarded
