MEMBERSHIP SALES & FRONT OF HOUSE - Dominance MMA Abbotsford.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised person with a passion for health, fitness, and martial arts to join our team in Abbotsford.
This role requires strong admin skills and customer service experience as well as a high level of attention to detail. Sales experience is a plus. We'd love to see candidates who have trained in martial arts themselves, but this is not a requirement.
The role requires working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, so we'll be looking for evidence that you are self-motivated and a problem solver and capable of prioritising your tasks to get them done as efficiently as possible. You will be the face of the gym, helping new students navigate the start of their martial arts journey and existing students with any support they need. The right candidate will enjoy the social and community-building aspects of the role and be able to balance engaging with members with the administrative and sales side of the role seamlessly.

Dominance MMA is one of Melbourne's premier mixed martial arts gyms focusing on Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, and wrestling for kids, teens, and adults. JOB DETAILS
Casual role paying $30.13/hour Monday - Friday and $31.33/hour Saturday, Sunday and public holidays with room to move to part-time in the future for the right candidate. We have two options for the role. Option A is just the lunch shift, Option B is both mornings and lunches. Please specify which option you are applying for in your cover letter.
- Option A hours - 11:00am-2:30pm Monday to Friday
- Option B hours (split shifts) - 6:00am to 9:30am and 11:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
This role includes everything from membership sales and retention, administration support, customer service, cleaning, stock control, and daily gym management support. All tasks are under the guidance of the General Manager and Head Coach.
