At UBX Boxing + Strength Alexandria our program conditions the entire body incorporating HIIT, functional strength with boxing cardio which is how the sessions are modelled. Over the last several years, our clients work through our Group Training programs but expect a personal approach.
The Opportunity:
You will have a major impact on the development of our UBX Studio and our clients. You will be given the opportunity to develop as a manager with support and guidance from Head Office and the owners which have previously been hands on.
All our Trainers are an integral part of the team at UBX Alexandria and you will be essential as their leader while inspiring our clients as a respected Professional. You will engage and build rapport with our clients while steering them to achieve their results.
This is an opportunity for someone that wants more than a PT job. If you are someone with the ability to inspire clients and mentor other fitness professionals, with the ambition to one day own their own studio, you need to apply.
Please Note: You must be able to work mornings and Saturdays when required.
As the Studio Manager your responsibilities include:
- Continue to maintain and build upon our community culture
- Welcome every client by name and build rapport
- Drive membership sales over the phone and in club
- Conduct High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts
- Manage administrative aspects of the business
- Engage the local community to drive awareness via social media
- Treat the studio as if it was yours

What we are looking for:
- Boxing padwork experience with a minimum of Cert 3 in Fitness
- Sales experience with exceptional customer service
- An openness to learn with the ability to take charge
- Social media skills

- Must be self-motivated and proactive
