Gym Manager - F45 Training Melbourne Inner North Location

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Gym Manager to lead our team at our F45 gym in Melbourne's inner north. As the Gym Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, including managing staff, budgets, and membership sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of fitness professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the gym facilities
• Create and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members
• Maintain accurate records and track membership data

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a management role in the fitness industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Cert III in Group Fitness Training, CPR and first aid certification
• A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. sports management) is preferred but not required
