Position Overview: 

Orangetheory Fitness Mosman is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Coach/Receptionist. This multifaceted role involves providing exceptional customer service as a front desk receptionist while also leading and motivating members through Orangetheory Fitness workouts as a coach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coach Orangetheory Fitness Classes:

  • Lead high-energy Orangetheory Fitness workouts that incorporate cardiovascular and strength training intervals.
  • Motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals through effective coaching and encouragement.
  • Provide modifications and guidance to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities.
  • Ensure the safety and proper technique of all participants during workouts.

2. Front Desk Reception:

  • Greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with member inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle member check-ins, payments, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and studio environment.

3. Customer Service:

  • Build strong relationships with members by providing personalized attention and support.
  • Address member feedback, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Orangetheory Fitness, promoting the studio’s services and programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages member engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in fitness instruction, coaching, or personal training preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
  • Cert 3 minimum to coach
