The Role:

We're seeking an enthusiastic Studio Manager to be the vibrant face of our studios in Randwick and Bondi Junction. You'll be instrumental in ensuring studio growth, overseeing daily operations, enhancing brand awareness, and achieving unparalleled client satisfaction. Candidates will need to be onsite as much as possible, moving between the two sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in client experiences.
  • Drive achievement of studio financial targets through studio growth and client retention.
  • Drive brand awareness through innovative strategies, community engagement and exceptional service.
  • Lead and inspire an engaged team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Performance manage staff, ensuring ongoing alignment with KX values and service standards.
  • Work in concert with the Head Trainer of each site to facilitate staff training and development.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and service across all areas of the studio.
  • Ensure the ongoing safety and integrity of equipment, resolving issues as quickly as possible.
  • Efficiently manage a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, stock management and client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including KX HQ and our Social Media Manager, on marketing and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure successful rollout of studio initiatives.
  • Maintain policies and procedures, ensuring timely communication and ongoing compliance.
  • Foster strong community ties and represent the studio at events to enhance visibility and partnerships.

Our ideal candidate:

  • At least 6 months experience working in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to shape the desired client experience through exceptional, responsive customer service.
  • Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and driving business growth.
  • Excellent time management and administration skills.
  • A good communicator with a positive disposition.
  • Passionate about fitness and the wellness industry.
  • Strong sense of community.
  • Familiarity with KX processes and procedures advantageous.
