We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic professionals for the following positions:

1. Full Time Studio Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the studio
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of trainers
• Develop and implement strategies to grow membership and enhance member experience
• Drive community engagement and foster strong relationships with members
• Implement retention strategies to maintain a high level of member satisfaction
• Plan and execute promotions and events to attract new members and boost member participation
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and equipment is well-maintained
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
• Manage studio schedules and class rosters

Requirements:

• Min Cert IV in Fitness
• Diploma in Management or min 12 months previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to work flexible hours

2. Part-Time Studio Lieutenant

Responsibilities:

• Support the Studio Manager in daily operations
• Assist in managing trainers and ensuring high-quality training sessions
• Manage the studio's social media accounts, creating engaging content to promote classes, events, and member success stories
• Handle member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment in the studio
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Min. Cert IV Fitness
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Experience in a fitness or customer service role
• Supervisory experience highly desirable
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends

3. Casual Group Fitness Instructors

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-energy F45 training sessions
• Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels
• Maintain a fun and supportive environment during classes
• Ensure safety and proper form of participants

Requirements:

• Cert III Fitness
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of members
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
