About Bridge Fitness:

Bridge Fitness is a boutique all-female strength training studio dedicated to empowering women through strength and conditioning. Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where women of all fitness levels can achieve their goals and build confidence through strength training. As we launch this exciting new studio, we're looking for exceptional coaches to join us at the ground level and grow with us as we expand.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an extraordinary Strength and Conditioning Coach to be a cornerstone of our new studio. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes fitness, with a genuine passion for helping women achieve their best. You'll play a key role in shaping our programming, coaching clients to reach their full potential, and being an integral part of our startup journey. This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to grow alongside a business with massive potential.

We have openings for Studio Manager, Head Coach, and Strength Coach positions. With opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and contract positions. See details below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge strength and conditioning programs tailored to our clients' unique needs.
  • Lead dynamic one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety.
  • Track and celebrate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to keep them on track toward their goals.
  • Coach clients on habit-based goals and behaviour change, empowering them to make lasting, positive changes in their lives.
  • Experience in nutrition coaching is a bonus, but we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate.
  • Create an inclusive, motivating environment where clients are encouraged to push their boundaries.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our studio's programming, ensuring it remains innovative and effective.
  • Assist with sales, marketing, and various administrative tasks as needed. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices in strength training.
  • Be a key player in our startup journey, helping to shape the future of Bridge Fitness as we grow.
  • Walk the walk - bring your passion for fitness to life every day, inspiring our clients by leading by example.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Strength and Conditioning, or related fields. Nutrition expertise is a plus.
  • At least 12 months of experience in group coaching or personal training is preferred. However, we’re willing to invest in and develop the right candidate who shows potential and passion for the role. Demonstrated success in achieving client transformations would be a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of strength training principles, exercise physiology, and injury prevention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with and motivate clients.
  • A genuine passion for women's health and fitness, with a commitment to promoting a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of something special - a new studio with endless opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Influence the future of Bridge Fitness from the startup stage, with the chance to grow your role as the business expands.
  • Work in a supportive, empowering environment with a community of like-minded women.
  • Access to ongoing professional development and training to help you become the best coach you can be.
  • Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and flexible working hours.
