World Gym is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Trainers to join our teams at our Burpengary and Bundaberg locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will design and implement personalised training programs for members starting with a PAR Q form.
• You will conduct fitness assessments tracking your clients progress.
• Providing guidance and motivation to help your clients reach their fitness goals will be high priority!
• Help us maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• You will enjoy learning by being updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Certification Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to client success.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
