Field & Function are looking for the next trainer to join our team. The coaching role includes a mix of Group & Semi Private Sessions. We are looking to recruit a trainer to work 12 - 15 hours per week initially with an opportunity to increase as we head into the summer months.
About Us
Field & Function is an independently owned Group & Semi Private Training studio located 2km north east of Melbourne CBD.
The Field & Function Group Training Program includes the following sessions: Strong (Pure strength training using olympic barbells), Functional (dynamic conditioning sessions), Boxing (Bag Combos and Fitness Drills), Sweat (A special hybrid workout on Saturday mornings)
Semi Private Training: 3 clients to one trainer. SPT programming is based on a traditional 45 minute PT style session. Mobility & activation based warmup with a strength based workout and a short conditioning finisher.
Experience and knowledge of strength and conditioning and the ability to lead group workouts is ideal, however we are willing to mentor a candidate with a willingness to learn and grow. Prior experience and knowledge of Boxing is not essential but is a bonus.

- Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
