About Us:

UBX is a unique fitness experience that combines boxing and functional strength training into a high-energy, group training environment. What You’ll Do:

• Lead Fun and Engaging Workouts: Guide members through our unique mix of boxing and strength sessions. No sparring - just a focus on technique, fitness, and fun!
• Inspire and Motivate: Encourage members to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress. Your enthusiasm and energy will be key to keeping our community thriving.
• Personalise Training: Adapt workouts to meet the needs of individual members, providing personalised guidance and support.
• Create a Positive Environment: Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels supported and valued.
• Emphasise Safety: Ensure all exercises and techniques are performed safely, and provide modifications when necessary.
• Maintain Gym Facilities: Regularly inspect and clean equipment, maintain high standards of hygiene, and keep all areas of the gym neat and tidy for member safety and comfort.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Fitness: A love for boxing and strength training, and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to clearly explain exercises and motivate members of all fitness levels.
• Certification: Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., Cert III or IV in Fitness) and current First Aid/CPR.
• Experience: Previous coaching or fitness training experience is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Team Player: Someone who is ready to be a part of our close-knit team and contribute to our positive gym culture.
