We're looking for a passionate and personable Fitness Trainer for an Over 40s fitness studio in Hope Island.

Our highly experienced team specialise in helping Men & Women Over 40 take back control of their health & Fitness and receive a much higher level of service when our coaches love what they do and who they work with.
We understand each coach needs to be looked after, challenged, recognised, and has the opportunity to grow.
We take our time selecting the right person to fit the role, someone who delivers a memorable experience for our clients, who is enthusiastic, and can easily be a team player.
About the role:
This role is suited for recent Group, PT or Exercise Science students looking for an opportunity to gain experience and grow!
Alternatively, you may be an experienced Personal Trainer and would like a change within a group environment.
You will:
- Have a fun, positive and can do attitude
- Be committed to delivering results for your clients, consistently over time.
- Want to work together to define how you want your role to grow with you.
- Lead small group exercise classes (with a maximum of 16 people per class) for Men & Women Over 40
- Develop business and professional skills to complement your coaching.
- Wanting to grow and further develop your career with personal development
As a member of the Over 40s TC team, you'll also be involved in:
- Annual Events
- Keeping clients accountable in our regular challenges
- Reporting activities to the Owner/Studio Manager
- Potential to build a personal training client base without paying rent
This role offers you the chance to grow your skills whilst making a real difference in people's lives.
Our trainers need to be able to run group classes with a high energy level, motivate our clients and have a good attention to detail.

Hours
- Initially 5 to 10 hours p/w on casual or part-time opportunity is required with an opportunity to increase hours for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:

- Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for health and fitness
- A high level of care in helping people to improve their health
- Cert III or IV in Fitness
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Local residents who are looking for long term career path. No short term workers!
