Here's the deal: 

Base + Performance Based Compensation Plan:  

• Base Salary - $59,400 - $64,295 per annum + Super + Performance bonuses (because we want to reward your hard work!). 
• Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time.
• Location: Performance PT - Gregory Hills, NSW

• You're a strength training enthusiast with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Training. 
• You're passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and build genuine connections. 
• You're a team player who thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment. 
• You're committed to continuous learning and professional development. 
• You're available to work peak hours (primarily in the PM), possibly on Saturdays if needed.
