Under the supervision of our nationally top-performing team, we'll help you develop your Sales/Admin skills and your personal confidence. We want to see you grow from a sales reception role all the way through to a portfolio manager or even gym owner!
We're looking for a focused and versatile applicant who can learn to adapt to any task, whether that be sales, admin, management, marketing or business development (among many others).
Responsibilities (experience dependant) will include;
- Sales: Meeting and signing new members, calling prospects and completing outreach events
- Admin: Ensuring a seamless customer service experience by processing time holds, monitoring gym access, and responding to the needs of our valued members.
- Marketing: Helping create social media content, participating in outreach marketing and more!
To be successful with your application, you will demonstrate a desire to learn and grow, as well as positive energy and maturity.
We'll also be looking for evidence that you're a willing and keen learner, able to prioritise tasks and have the ability to work well as part of a team.
Sales and or reception experience will be very highly regarded.
Availability for a variety of different shift times will be important, Monday and Tuesday nights in particular.
The role will begin as a casual position (8-20 hours per week), paying over $29/hour + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses
