• Member retention
• Membership administration
• General and individual studio operations
• Reception duties

• Passion for health and wellness
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Experience with administrative tasks
• Comprehensive IT proficiency in MindBody, FranConnect, Zipleads, or akin software
