Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals, has experience in strength training, and is comfortable leading both one-on-one sessions and group fitness classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized training sessions for women of varying fitness levels
- Lead group fitness classes, focusing on strength training, functional movement, and overall fitness
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients
- Assist clients with form, technique, and workout adjustments based on individual needs and goals
- Ensure the studio remains a positive and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create an inclusive community
Requirements:
- Certificate 3&4 in Fitness or equivalent qualification
- Experience in strength training and group fitness instruction
- Passion for empowering women through fitness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create fun, dynamic, and effective workouts
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
