Strong Side Studio is looking for a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, friendly trainer to join our team!
We are after someone with personal training and/or group class experience. Someone who understands the importance of attention to detail, and correct technique, who can modify movements when required. Must have people skills and be welcoming to all clients.
Strong Side Studio is all about Community and making everyone feel a part of the team.
We run 25 classes/week, divided into upper body, lower body strength and cardio days.
Shifts typically look like;
- 5:45 am-7:30 am or 5:15 pm-7:15 pm (Mon - Fri)
- 7:45 am - 9:15 am (Sat)
We're looking for a superstar to cover roughly 10 hours/week, with the possibility of turning into a full-time role.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in both Personal Training and Group Fitness (preferred)
- Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness
- Dedication, enthusiasm and initiative
- Experience in working as part of a team
- Ability to build an awesome member community and training environment
- Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people’s lives
- High level of integrity
