Key Responsibilities:
- Member Experience and Coaching: Deliver high-quality fitness coaching, ensuring an exceptional member experience that fosters satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies, member acquisition, and retention efforts. Work towards specific growth targets, including uptake of programs such as the 8-Week Challenge.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Partner closely with the Assistant Studio Manager to align on business goals, manage studio operations, and nurture a motivating, supportive environment for both team and members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Certificate IV in Fitness; additional qualifications in strength & conditioning are preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly demeanour.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and takes pride in professional accomplishments.
- Growth mindset with a keen interest in personal and professional development.
