What you’ll do:
- Deliver an exceptional member experience: Coach with confidence, create a vibrant community atmosphere and ensure every member feels supported and inspired.
- Drive business growth: Lead the charge on sales, retention, partnerships and the uptake of key programs (like our 8-Week Challenge).
- Lead and collaborate: Partner with the Assistant Studio Manager to align on goals, manage day-to-day operations, and nurture a positive, high-performing team culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Management Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Fitness Credentials: Cert III in Fitness (strength & conditioning experience is a bonus).
- Proven Performer: A track record of smashing sales, growth, and retention targets.
- People Person: Outgoing, reliable, and passionate about connecting with others.
- Growth Mindset: You’re always looking for ways to improve, learn, and achieve more.
