About the Role

As the Fitness & Wellness Manager, you’ll lead the team of coaches, oversee the delivery of high-quality programs, and play a key role in shaping the future of fitness at Input. This role goes beyond management?it’s about actively engaging with members, delivering coaching sessions, and structuring programs that drive real results.

This dynamic role requires a mix of AM, PM, and occasional weekend shifts to connect with staff and members and foster a true sense of community.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Inspire and mentor a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead by example, coaching sessions and demonstrating best practices in fitness delivery.
  • Support team growth through training, feedback, and collaboration.
• Program Design & Execution:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative fitness and wellness programs.
  • Structure and adapt programs to meet member needs, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing group fitness schedules and personalized offerings.
• Member Engagement:
  • Actively connect with members, understanding their goals and providing support throughout their journey.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that keeps members coming back.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day club/class operations and exceptional member experiences.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, member engagement, and retention metrics.
• Strategic Contribution:
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Play a key role in shaping the club’s vision and future direction.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Experience: A proven track record in leading teams in the health and fitness industry.
• Fitness Expertise: Strong background in fitness coaching, group fitness, and program development. Relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
• People-Centric Mindset: Passion for building connections with both staff and members.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
