Coaches needed for F45 Training Macquarie Park & Meadowbank

F45 Training Macquarie Park & Meadowbank is looking for casual F45 Coaches who can deliver high-energy, engaging group classes and are passionate about helping others.

As a Trainer at F45 Macquarie Park and Meadowbank, you will be responsible for conducting group training sessions, building a community that keeps our members coming back every day, and promoting the F45 brand.

You will work with our Studio Manager to run exceptional classes and support the development of other staff.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional who can confidently lead a room and motivate groups of trainers and clients. They have a strong knowledge of physiology, and exercise techniques, and can easily articulate the teaching of these concepts. They are enthusiastic, and incredibly passionate about fitness, helping people, and inspiring growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Customer Experience:

• Teach, lead, and Instruct exceptional F45 Classes
• Create high energy, fun, safe, and healthy community-focused work-out experience
• Talk with new members about fitness goals and tailor instruction to accommodate those goals
• Coordinating and running F45 Challenges
• Support the brand, management vision, employees, and clients.
• Manage the studio team and create an exciting/motivating team dynamic

Administrative:

• Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures
• Ensure electronic and workout equipment is in good working order.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Mindbody and other IT services.
• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.

What we need:

• Have a strong knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
• Confident with engaging in conversation, giving directions and leading our community.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strength in sales and administration
• 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry necessary
• Available shifts include; 5am-8am, 9:30am-10:30am, 12pm-1pm, 5pm-8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday & Sunday from 6am-11am
• Minimum Certificate III &/or IV in Fitness
• Current CPR & First Aid certificates
