What You'll Do

As a Personal Trainer at RFT, you’ll be more than a coach. You’ll inspire, lead, and drive our community forward while constantly striving to become the best version of yourself. Here’s how:

• Lead on the gym floor as a role model and team player.
• Build deep relationships with clients, supporting them to connect with others.
• Create magic moments and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Coach with care, holding clients accountable and empowering them to succeed.
• Deliver 35+ coaching hours per week with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm.
• Design, refine, and execute tailored programs to achieve world-class results.
• Offer holistic advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a healthy client base, hitting targets that reflect RFT’s impact-driven mission.
• Collaborate with an extraordinary team, sharing wins, learning together, and constantly raising the bar.
