About the Role:

As the Club Leader / Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role which requires you to manage day-to-day gym management, focusing on boosting sales, profitability, and maintaining exceptional member care.

• Marketing Support. Contribute to club marketing activities to meet outreach requirements.
• Team Development:  contribute to team meetings and activities to build a great team culture and club environment.
• Sales Management: Support sales initiatives to drive club revenue.
• Gym Standards: Ensure adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and OH&S standards.
• Administrative Duties: Assist in handling reporting, budget planning, contractor invoicing,  cleaning and other administrative tasks.

 About You:

We are seeking a motivated and organised professional with a proven track record of goal achievement. If you possess the following qualities, we want to hear from you:

• People-Focused and Highly Organised: Prioritise member relationships and demonstrate strong organisational skills.
• Team Building Experience: Proven ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Club Culture Advocate:  Experience in creating and promoting a positive and exceptional fitness facility culture.
• HR and Safety Knowledge: Understanding or experience in basic human resource practices and a sound understanding of work health and safety requirements is desirable.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification: Minimum Certificate III in Fitness or Cert IV or the ability to attain an equivalent qualification.
• First Aid and CPR Certification: Current certification required.
• Background Check: Must have an appropriate police/working with children check.
• Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or commerce are highly regarded.
