About the Role:

• Location: Beyond PT Prahran, Chapel Street
• Position: Start with part-time hours and build client base to full-time
• Type: 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and small group personal training
• Client Base: Primarily clients aged 40-70 focused on strength, mobility, and fat loss
• Hours: Split shifts early mornings, evenings, and Saturday (peak times from 6 am-8 am & 5 pm-7 pm)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert personal training and create individualised programs to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals
• Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their commitment and progress
• Be a part of a supportive, passionate, and growth-oriented team
• Participate in team development, training, and mentoring programs

What We’re Looking For:

• Certifications: Cert IV in Fitness (essential) or completing the course currently 
• Passion: A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people transform their lives
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a professional, personable approach to clients
• Motivation: A self-starter who is driven to succeed and help others do the same.
• Achiever: A person who is committed to setting and achieving their own Personal Goals and Personal Development 
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment
