As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our Rumble community.

About the Role:

We are seeking 2 motivated Sales Specialists with a passion for fitness and a knack for effective communication. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients and nurture leads to book them in for their first appointment, re-engage missed sales, and follow up on no-shows. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and enjoy helping people take the first step toward their fitness journey, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Nurturing: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce them to the Rumble experience and book them in for their first appointment.
  • Missed Sales Follow-Up: Call leads who showed initial interest but did not sign up, addressing their concerns and encouraging them to join.
  • No-Show Engagement: Contact no-shows to reschedule appointments and keep them engaged with Rumble.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Make 100 calls per day to effectively nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record call outcomes and follow-up tasks in our CRM system to maintain an organized sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed daily call targets and sales goals.
  • Organized & Efficient: Able to manage a high volume of calls and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with the Rumble team to achieve sales targets.
  • Passion for Fitness: An interest in fitness and the Rumble Boxing experience is highly desirable.
  • Flexible Availability: You will need to be available for early starts.
