Our passionate team at F45 Training Balwyn is looking for talented trainers to join our experienced and passionate team at our Balwyn studio on Whitehorse Rd Balwyn

F45 Training is a team-based functional training facility that is a world leader in group fitness.

F45 places a huge emphasis on the 'three key factors' of motivation, innovation and results. Our classes are unique, fun and highly addictive which is why F45 Training is currently the fastest-growing network of fitness studios in the world.

We are seeking a high-quality Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer for part-time or casual employment. You will be an integral part of the growth of our studio and have the ability to progress into a senior position if desired.

Your role:

• Deliver high-quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
• Motivate studio members during and after training
• Set up the studio before and after training sessions
• Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation
• Assist with membership retention
• Help foster a positive community-based team training environment

• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients

• Outstanding time management and organisational skills

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions (preferred)
• Minimum Cert III in fitness, Cert IV in fitness ideal
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current Fitness registration will be highly regarded
